it was so bad. i've never met such rude people at a shop. i don't recommend this place to anyone! anabel ybarra, is the rudest person of all. she needs to be fired asap.

First tattoo. Experience was awesome. Friendly staff. Gotti was wonderful. He did an amazing job. I love my tattoo. This is a place to go if you want a tattoo.

I got my nose pierced here 2yrs ago by a guy name jose :-D he was so sweet and knew wat he was doing.i have had no ploblems wit my piercing! i love it! 5 STARS FOR THIS PLACE!!

I've not gotten a tattoo here and I don't plan to. I chose to get my very first piercing there and on my tongue. I walk in with my husband and get completely ignored for about 45 minutes. I finally get some blonde dude to help me out and I tell him what I want, he takes me to a room, quickly pierces it, does not tell me ONE word of care advice but instead hands me a super small hard to read care instruction paper, takes his money, and did not even say bye as i waved and walked out. SUPER RUDE and unattentive and so unprofessional. i looked up care instructions online and followed them religiously. two weeks later my piercing is still flooding blood to the point where my whole mouth and teeth are inked red. I call the tattoo shop to ask for advice and of course the same guy who had done the job answers. When my husband tells him what's going on he says, "Uh, yeah. That's normal. Just uh... tell her to keep using mouthwash to yeah to um get all that crap out of there." then he simply hung up. My husband and i were like WHAT?!?!? seriously? Either way we wait a few hours just to make sure we're not being paranoid or over attentive and the blood does not stop... We call back and a different person answers, we tell him what's going on, and he quickly says "No that's not normal that can be dangerous, tell her to take it out immediately." So much for that. They are rude, unprofessional, amateur, need better staff. Do NOT go there if you want quality work.
