My experience with SouthEast Motors has been extremely smooth and pleasant. I ordered two test drives before pulling the trigger on the one I wanted. The no-haggle price was competitive to other prices I've seen listed online. My specific year/model/trim was actually the lowest I could find (not by a crazy amount, but marginally). Could I have potentially negotiated even lower prices with a traditional dealership for a similar car? Maybe, but the SouthEast Motors price was low enough and wasn't ready to miss out on the car I wanted by spending days fighting prices with dealerships. I recommend everyone to do their research (price, recalls, issues) with any of the used cars they're interested. There might be a reason why your car is selling for cheaper-than-expected and you're able to find a lot of those models on sale listings. I personally took a separate test drive with a dealership for the exact same car so I could have a drive-quality comparison against the SouthEast Motors car.

Huge shout-out to Andrew (my SouthEast Motors concierge) who was extremely helpful in the entire test drive process. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to walk me through all the questions I had. Part of my confidence in purchasing my car through SouthEast Motors was because of Andrew's transparency, expertise, and helpfulness.

2nd time using South East Motors Brokers trading in my leased car and the experience this time was even better than the last. Melissa was phenomenal - he initially came to just pick up my least, but he sold me on getting a $650 credit if I purchased one of their cars. He then had the car I was interested in delivered to my house within 30 minutes. If I was on a used car lot, the sales rep will pretend to look for that cheap priced car you saw and will try to bait and switch you on a higher priced car. Melissa was easy to talk to and went above and beyond. His customer service was 10/10. and at no point I felt uncomfortable or rushed. So much better than hanging out 6 hours at the dealership while they steal your trade in. Everyone should use South East Motors Brokers instead of trading their car into the dealer. Especially if you want to get out of a lease without paying high fees.
