My experience with SouthEast Motors was amazing and so easy! I loved not have to go to the dealership and getting my car delivered was amazing!!

I can't believe how easy, quick and EXCITING it was to order a car from SouthEast Motors. I'm recommending it to everyone. Searching and comparing was amazing and then the ease of ordering along with getting it delivered less than a week later right to my front door is absolutely how buying a car should be. The best part was my new truck being delivered to the house. It was like Christmas morning. Got a great deal on a used car which beat the price of many of my local dealers. I did not have to deal with any pushy car salesman calling me. There was quick and effective communication from all steps through SouthEast Motors from deposit to delivery. Real people connected on the phone each time. Car was delivered using open truck bed, so car needed a quick wash following delivery. Inside of the car was detailed in great condition. Overall, very happy with my SouthEast Motors experience.

Flawless process. I was skeptical at first, but this has been a great experience so far. This has been the easiest car purchase ever. We bought outright, so I can’t speak to financing, but our customer rep was super helpful, the paperwork people were nice, and our delivery guy was 2 days early and totally professional and friendly.

One of the best experience I had. It was easy to tell their inventory is carefully selected to only include high quality vehicles. I loved how much information was available, including pictures and specs. Once we moved forward with the purchase we received all of our documents literally overnight and were contacted regularly with updates. We were thrilled when the car arrived much sooner than expected! We are so happy with our purchase and the car has turned out to be better than expected!

I only test drove one vehicle from their selection, it was clean and they provided car history report along with recent mechanic inspection. SouthEast Motors offers no-haggle pricing and given the great condition of the vehicle, I found their price better than the rest of the market for similar vehicle models. I applied for the financing online, it was convenient and offered a reasonable rate, so I went with the financing. I met many individuals at SouthEast Motors throughout the buying process and overall they were helpful in reaching my buying decision. I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle to the point that I couldn't walk away. This place was pretty chill and laid back, went to test drive a 2016 GTI just to try one out and the process from checking it out online to getting an appointment is really easy and simple. The employees seem to be mostly car guys as we could tell from the cars outside the lot so that is also promising.
The test drive was equally chill with Kevin as our customer service guy, there was no pressure at all the buy the car and the they encourage us to check everything and ask as many questions as you can about the car. We ultimately decided on buying the car in which the only deal sweetener was that we got $150 back for purchasing the car the day of the test drive. Kelvin helped us get through the very simple paperwork, mostly done by iPad, saving paper and time. The purchase process takes multiple teams to finish as the financing side is in their corporate offices. It was quick and painless getting a loan and financing the car and giving the down payment.
This was my first experience with buying a car from a dealership. It was a very positive one and the car was as clean as it could be for a 4 year old car, having 30 days of warranty is nice too, I will be trying to see how much it can cover as the car had random small things missing such as a valve stem cap and lug nut cap remover, and some trim lights not working. Those are relatively small things so it cannot detract too much. Hopefully customer support is as good as their in person teams.
