The owner Sondra was extremely rude to me the 2nd time I brought my dry cleaning in. I asked if they could press a crease into my shorts for me and she explained it would be an extra charge. I was ok with that. She told me I could return to pick up my items 2 days later. When I returned to pick up my items my shorts were not pressed yet and she was sitting behind the counter. When I asked why they weren't done she was VERY rude and said they weren't a 1 day service. I reminded her that this was the 2nd day and that told she told me they would be ready. Her attitude was that I was an inconvenience for her by asking them to press my shorts a specific way. I kindly asked for my shorts and said I would take my business else where. She rudely told me I wouldn't find another service in the area that would press my shorts the way I wanted them done. I easily found another cleaners - they are much nicer, cheaper and are done in 1 day.

Fast, friendly, and convenient for Benbrook residents wanting to avoid 377. And half price Wednesdays - great deal!

Best dry cleaner in Benbrook and Ft Worth. Make sure you go in and use them.
