DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had my computer serviced a year ago to install Windows 7 and Norton Anti Virus, amongst other services. I have had nothing but problems with my computer since then. First, they couldn't find me on their system as a previous customer....until I provided a receipt. I brought it back to Solid PC only to find my Windows 7 was a pirated copy, apparently from the previous owners, so they claim. The company name has been the same for years, but they refused to give me a Windows 7 licensed program without paying for it .... again. My receipt clearly lists "intall Windows 7"! Not only do I NOT have a legal copy, but am out the money already spent for Windows & and the labor....AND now have to buy another copy to get my computer working properly. Please spread the word..... They have another location on Denton Hwy in Haltom City. Same owners, same crooks.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I has an issue with my computer where it would not boot up and just go to the bios screen. These guys said they would fix it so they ran "an analysis CD" on it to see what was wrong, which by the way anyone could have done that, but in the end told me it was my hard drive that needed to be replaced. I let them know it didnt matter what it was just as long as it was fixed and working like a normal computer. Paid to get it replaced, brought my computer home and guess what...same issue. Took the computer back and they showed me a "work around" to get past bios and said it was a bios issue. Told me this in 5 minutes which tells me they already knew the issue in the first place. Bottom line, my computer is the same as it was before. So I finally had some extra time and decided to switch out the new hard drive with the old one I kept and guess what...the work around they advised me to do with the new hard drive, works with the old one! They never fixed it! TOTAL RIP OFF. Thanks to technology and Social Media, I plan to share this with every consumer out there as they have the right to know of these crooks!! Oh and not sure if they actually maintain their storefront because I ended up having to take the computer to the business owners home who lives in a subdivision off of Beach St and Shiver in Fort Worth. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
