Terriable follow through with service. It takes months to get them to come out. I would not recommend Seahorse Pools.

Had an appointment for 9am so I cancelled all appointments and sat at home waiting on them to show up. They never showed...then at 10am I received a call from a "blocked" number and they left a message that said "Yea...I'm gonna be a bit late..should be there around 12 or 1... hope this is OK".

It's exactly NOT OK. It's obvious the technician had a phone and my phone number so waiting until he's an hour late to call and say he's going to be another 2 or 3 hours late is unacceptable. A manager from the store called after I emailed them that I would be moving on to a more responsible business to say "Well...he got backed up yesterday and didn't finish everything so he had to push your appointment." Now...they knew yesterday that they were going to be late but didn't call to share this with me?

Unacceptable. Not a way to get a new customers year round service...that's for sure.
