I had a sinus lift done by Bedichek and not only did the procedure have to be redone but it cost me over $2000.00 out of my pocket. Bedicheck did not put enough bone in for the implant to clear the sinus so it had to be redone.



When an insurance liason tells you how much the insurance will cover, don't take their word for it. Get a letter of predeterminartion from the insurance company. It was my mistake for taking Bedicheks crack office staff's word for the cost of the procedure.



They refiled the claim once and told me "We've exhausted all possible avenues" making it sound like they went to the ends of the earth trying to get the insurance company to pay the claim. Please! Who were they trying to kid?



He offered to do it again at no cost to me but you know the old saying: Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me.
