The worst company I have ever done business with. I am a business professional who hired them over 1 1/2 years ago and they took nearly $4000 from me and I have not receive anything in return. I have wasted hours of my time trying to get my paperwork, that they say is finished, back and they will not even return my calls. From the beginning they gave the impression they were a law firm as I had told them I was also talking to 2 tax attorneys. all this time has cost me thousands of $$$ in additional IRS fees. Whatever you do, run from this business and hire an actual tax attorney. The little more money spent up front will save you thousands. Today I am filing a complaint Form 14157 with the Office of Professional Responsibility-IRS in Austin. From what I understand they will come down on them. So if you've had similar problems with them just go online to The Office of Professional Responsibility-IRS and download the Form 14157 and send it in. These people need to be put out of business.
