Do not have anything to do with this campany! My house loan was sold to them last fall although I only owed $4000 to the bank where I have banked for 30+ years. I paid Saxon off in December after harassment calls up to 3 and 4 times daily. I paid by certified check and am still waiting for my deed, after 3 calls regarding it! It has all the earmarks of a shoddy company....and if I don't get my deed in the next 7 days, I will be contacting a lawyer.
