Management has not change. The dog was scared before he got there and would barely let anyone touch him. We told the owner that he would have to be short due to matting. He had diarrhea from the time he came in and we had to keep cleaning it up and off of him. The dog would not let us touch his feet without trying to bite us. The dog should have had a tranquilizer from the vet. Being that we do not administer tranquilizers, and are not a vet we do what the pet will let us do. We informed her of the situation on the phone and even told her if she wanted to bring it back on our next open day in the morning before we got busy, we could try again. The lady wanted a free haircut for a poor behaved dog, that Petsmart had refused to do anymore because of a similar situation. She got angry when we would not do the service for free. We are always willing to work with willing customers. However, when they get nasty and vulgar, all we can do is send them on their way. We still have this file with specific dated notes for future reference.

I have taken my dog there years before and I recently took him again. I don't know if management changed but this time was a horrible experience. I asked for them to do a minor cut, nail trim and bath. When I got him he was scared and he basically looked like a stray dog. His fur was very very short and not even. I could see the lines. His nails were not trimmed, he still smelled really bad, and he was still wet. They still charged me $75. Ridiculous price. They blamed the service on him. Gave me a ridiculous attitude on the phone and when I demande my refund, they were rude about it and said there is nothing she can do about it. I know other people that have taken their dogs there and they told me the same kind of service. They won't be going anymore. My dog is very scared and has been in a corner all day. Never going back. Ridiculous charged me for something they did not even do only because they were in a hurry to close down for the day. RIDICULOUS

They do such quality work at such a reasonable price. If your looking for a fancy, swank shop, this isn't your groomer, but if your looking for kind, quality groomers who charge a reasonable fee ,this is the place.

They are super nice and are very caring about the animals that they do, they are affordable and do a great job on grooming your pet.
