Large facilities often require a single caregiver to be responsible for 20 or more residents in a large setting. However, our philosophy and the reality is that far better care is given when there are 6 to 8 residents in a smaller neighborhood home environment. Rose Terrace homes are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and professionally monitored by security systems that include smoke, carbon monoxide, fire and emergency response.
