I have been trying to reach Fort Worth Foundation Repair for quite some time now and am unable to get ahold of them. I read the warranty from the lady we bought our house from and it said to send a certified letter, which we did, just to have it Returned to Sender. Then I have also made several calls and the one time I received a call back I was working and couldn't reach the phone in time and called right back with no response. I have emailed the email listed on their website, called two different numbers that have the same voicemail, sent in a couple of contact me's from their website and am about to drive to their office to see if it even exists.

The work was done on my mothers home, Steve Birdsong will not call her back to finish the job and honor life time warrenty. The crew never back filled the area around any of the piers they put in for her. They just piled the dirt high against the slab and left it. The first rain that came exposed their two pier system all around the home and you can tell the dirt was never shoveled back and packed around the piers. Steve did respond once to her phone calls and said they would be right out to fix the problem, that was over 2 months ago. No one has ever come out and her phone calls are going unanswered. I am worried that the life time warrenty Mr. Birdsong gave her is not worth the paper it is written on. I would never recommend this company for any work to be done on any future homes in the area, since Steve Birdsong will not finish the job or honor the companies warrenty.
