I have used this company for about a year. My pool is dark green now since they have not fully delivered on weekly promised and paid for chemical and service visits. I have left numerous messages with Sara, Tyler and Brad. Lots of excuses and promises at first. Now no returned messages. It has been almost a month now since they were supposed to be out. I do not recommend them at all. I tried to believe in them since they claim to be a Christian based company. Do not use them.

Rockin H is nothing more than a crook and incompetent business that rips off its customers. I paid them $1500 for a job that never completed and failed to show up. I filed a claim and found they had moved or gone out of business

I had some issues with Rockin' H Poolcare st first but, I truly believe that the main problem was a miss communication. After we talked the problem out. All the work was done to my satisfaction. Thank you Rockin'H for working with me to solve the problem. I would use your service again and recommend to a friend.

SCAM! Took $400.00 to get part. never got part. Have not received money, though Sara Hathcoat said she sent it over 2 weeks ago. If they answer their phone- you get excuses and lies! ANYONE INTERESTED in working with me to CONFRONT this Company with Deanna Dewberry on Channel 5 news?

They charged me $430 for a filter and some chemicals in the pool. They supposedly had to order the filter and would come back and install it. Haven't heard from them. I've tried calling and emailing, and they won't respond. I just want what I paid for or my money back.

$50-$500! NOT TRUE! ASK FOR A QUOTE FIRST. I was charged $600.00 to put Epoxy Putty on my jacuzzi for leaks I showed them in advance.
