My check engine light on my truck came on and I came to Roadrunner for it to be diagnosed. The technician there promptly brought the truck In and diagnosed the problem and then gave me a quote on how much it would cost to fix it. All of the people there are friendly and professional and is not out to gouge your wallet. They told me that it would take 1 to 2 hours to fix it but I was only in the establishment for about 40 minutes. They fixed my truck and also advised me what needed to happen after fixing the check engine light and told me that if it came back on within 20 to 30 miles to bring it back. I will be bringing my Dodge truck back to them for further service. If you need work done on your vehicle, this is the place to go.

I absolutely LOVE this place! It's always a challenge to find a car repair place that is trustworthy and doesn't unnecessarily drain your pocket book. I have been here several times now and they are always honest and extremely helpful! They are always friendly. The waiting room is cozy, but very comfortable and inviting and best of all the bathrooms are always clean! Very highly recommended!

I echo the amazing review below. I stopped in on a whim on Saturday morning on my way to another service center to get an oil change. When I arrived I was hesitant because they technically were not open yet. However, much to my surprise, I was greeted immediately by an employee and my car was whisked away. Total time at Road Runner, about 15 minutes for an oil change. Amazing amazing service.

If you are looking for honest guys who care then this is definitely the place to go! I brought my car in for a second opinion after getting a $700-something quote from another business. Chris checked out my car and found the problem, fixed it immediately, for about $65.00! He even offered to put on my new Texas license plates for me at no charge! They are super knowledgeable and really CARE about their customers. We just moved to Texas from another state and I am so glad that we found a place to take our vehicles where we know we are getting the truth about what needs to be done. Chris and the guys at Road Runner Lube and Tune just earned 4 new customers - integrity is unfortunately hard to find sometimes especially with car repairs; if you're looking for integrity, it's at 5000 N. I pulled in and was greeted as I got out of my car. I told the gentleman that I needed an inspection. I also informed him that I just had to jump my battery off earlier that morning. He IMMEDIATELY informed me that my car would most likely not pass inspection and that I would need to drive a hundred miles and then the computer shiuld be reset at that point. I asked him to go ahead and try and see if it would pass. I went to the lobby and I was impressed with the fact of how clean it was, how they had a play area for toddlers.

After my first visit the staff at Roadrunner made me a loyal customer. A year ago I had twins and my first outing with them was to get my oil changed and car inspected. It was discovered that I needed a new radiator hose. During replacement, my radiator cracked (through no fault of the staff). I was stuck with hungry infants and no way to get home. The manager immediately called his mom, transferred my car seat bases to her SUV and safely drove me and the babies home. A little while later they delivered my car to the house after changing the oil, completing the car inspection and replacing the radiator - I was only charged for the car inspection. I was WOW'd by their service and quick response to a potentially negative experience.

Great people, reasonable prices, not sure what Queen is upset about.

Friendly, fast service. Really nice people, and what a clean shop!

I would like disagree with QueenPon, because I was just in the other day and my oil change was $35.88 for full service. When I was in the service was great, they were fast and convenient. The people were honest with what was going on with my Honda. I would have to give this place 5 stars and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
