Nice neighborhood, close to everything, and priced cheaply. Unfortunately, roach infested and full of mold. Had to deal with that, peeling paint and broken window panes for a year and a half. Asked for service repeatedly. Not sure how the place passed inspection, or if it even did.

These apartments are very reasonably priced. The staff are very helpful. The manager Angela was extremely helpful yesterday when my AC went out! I was told it would be fixed same day no matter what time it got done. The maintenance Guy even said he would stay late just so I would have air. Very clean very considerate and very willing to help out with any problems. I feel safe here. They are on top of everything and this really is a very nice little community to live in.
