This place has a bad roach and bedbug reputation. To add to that homes are being broken into not to mention we suffered getting our mailboxes broken into! I will say at onetime this place was probably a respectable place to live, now it is nothing short of a slum box on it's last legs! And yes I currently live here but you better believe AS SOON AS my lease end I'm getting the heck out of here!

I have lived in many apartment complex communities over time and I have never had any as awful as Ridgmar Square. In the time that I have lived here we lose power for a day or two at a time at least once a month. The Ac is always broken or “in repair” (This property runs on the boiler system…if you can avoid this I do not recommend it.) This month they overcharged their residents for electricity, more than doubling our electric bills. Because power and water are paid to the apartment complex and you do not have a personnel account with the power/water provider. A couple months back, my home flooded due to the lack of care taken on the drainage system to our building.



Also on another note. I just want to let anyone who has a disability know that you should not live here. I am wheelchair bound and when I moved here, I ask for a ADA apartment. None where open at the time but I moved in with the understanding that one was opening with in two months and that my husband and I would move into that unit then. We contacted the office around that time and they informed us that they did not have any ADA apartments as we had been told. They were “grandfathered” into the law and therefore did not have to make upgrades. We tired to get out of our lease but where told that unless we paid 2months plus deposit penalty we were stuck. None of the sidewalks or entryways are made for wheelchairs or such. I beg you if you can find another place to live please do it.

DON'T RECOMEND IT. BEFORE ABOUT 7YRS AGO IT WAS GREAT, NOW....... NO WAY !!!!!! TO FAR FROM SOMEWHAT SATISFIED!!!!!!! SAD BUT TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!! SORRY. TRY IT SO YOU KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT!
