I moved in July 2016 and the apartment has been absolutely terrible since the day I moved in. Sheryl, the property manager, is the most incompetent person. She will not answer any questions you have straightforwardly, if she does at all. The roof collapsed after a big rainstorm and there have been constant ceiling leaks every time it rains. There was mold growing on the ceiling and they did not come out to fix it for 10 days. They do not respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner; it will take them at least one week or longer. I tried to get out of my lease citing unhealthy/unsafe living conditions but Sheryl would not let me out of the lease. It's been a nightmare. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The apartments, although they have new appliances, are old, in disrepair, and the outside of them look like they will fall down and collapse. The apartments have zero insulation; the temperature inside is the same as the temperature outside.
