Rice Bowl Express, 915 E Seminary Dr., Fort Worth TX 76115, DENIED me a receipt (for lunch that I bought on 19 January 2016) the lady/ girl said they give receipts for card purchases only, not cash...this was after she and I argued, in the drive thru line, WASTING my lunch hour!! I will be reporting them to the TX State Attorney General's Office also!! No business, in any state, has the right to deny a customer a receipt for goods purchased, REGARDLESS of how the customer paid!!!
