Buying a home is perhaps the most important purchase in one's life. I would NEVER do business with this company again.. very frustrating experience. I think certain people there need to understand timely communication and attention to detail is paramount. I understand competitive markets and other factors come into play; however, lets not use this as an excuse for poor service. The art is to make your customer feel secure and confident that their interests are being represented correctly. Before using any real estate company, please do your research and try to solicit references because not all brokers or realtors are created equal. A good realtor can make a difference.

We had been struggling for quite a while to find, "just the right place." We had very specific needs that were proving difficult to meet in an evolving real estate market. Frustrated with our own efforts we recruited Ready Real Estate and the level of service was OUTSTANDING. Ready Real Estate took the time to get to know us and our needs and helped us find a perfect match. We were extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and depth of market knowledge. I would not hesitate to use this service again in the future.

As retires downsizing we hired Ready Real Estate to sell our house and we couldn't be more pleased with their service. They took the guessing out of the equation by informing us of the process and addressing our concerns. Our house sold quickly and we were pleased to get frequent updates throughout the sale. Ready Real Estate operates efficiently, they handle everything in a timely manner and they work in the customers best interest. We would definitely refer them to family and friends.

This is the worst realtor that I have ever used. They want to boast about only charging 4.5% in commissions, when they will do nothing for it. Their only concern is to get the listing and let other realtors show the house. They have no marketing plan!! It wasn't until several months of complaining that they finally did an open house. Then it was 3 weeks before their contract was up for renewal. At one point I tried to cancell the contract and they threaten me with a LAWSUIT!! Be very aware of this company, I was even threaten by one of their realtors via e-mail that Arlington Police are looking into, for possible criminal charges.
