Andrew has helped me through a difficult situation with my prom dress and long story short, he completely re styled my long dress into a short, less fancy dress and all in about 2 weeks. He stayed an hour after close to work on it with me. I will forever be going back there for any alterations and I recommend him to everyone.

Great place of business! I needed a pair of pants tailored for 8 in the morning the day before I called as the shop was closing with smiles and helping hands I walked out with a nice fitted pair of pants about 15-20 min after they had closed! This place is awesome thanks guys!

These guys really work hard to make you happy. They helped me out when I needed alterations done by the next day for the holidays and they pulled through!

These people have nooooo business being in the alterations business.I took my wedding dress there and they RUINED it. She said that it got caught in the sowing machine but refused to pay for the dress. I still am in court with these people !!!!!!!

I haven't actually used Pro Tailor, but I would not recommend them. I called to make an appointment to bring in a wedding dress, and could not understand a thing they said. The lady spoke very little english, and didn't comprehend the concept of a white wedding dress. The language gap was so wide that I would be afraid to bring anything in to have altered. There's no telling how they would interpret what I wanted.

We were able to get our alterations done in 1 day. We were on a tight schedule, and the timeline, service, and overall workmanship were fantastic. They have in house tailors so no long waits. Highly recommended, I will use again.
