Where did Melissa go? She has been cutting my hair for over 5 years. I need to find her my hair is getting too long.

I have been going here since 2002 for my haircut. They do a great job and I will be using them from now on even though I have moved out of the area. I gave them five stars because they cut my hair exactly the way I want it every time!!!

The manager Melissa at this location has great customer service. The shop was clean and everyone greeted me when i walked in the door even though they were busy with other hair cuts. On my way home from out of town I decide to get a hair cut for my son and I, we both get flat tops. I first stop at the Lake Worth Pro Cuts and they told that they did have anyone that worked there that knew how to cut a flat top. My next few stop where Smart Looks in Lake Worth,than the Saginaw Pro Cuts than I went to Fantastics Sams also I Saginaw all four place also told me that no one knew how to cut a flat top. I just moved to Haslet and remember my neighbor told me about the Pro Cuts on Westport Pkwy, and decided to give getting a hair cut one more shot before going home. My wife said that it was the best hair cuts that my son and I have gotten in a really long time.My family and I will continue to use this location as long as Melissa is working there.Donald Hingston

This place doesn't even have enough respect for it's customers, to allow them to use the restroom. When I asked they said we don't have one. I asked, then where do you go? The lady replied across the street. What kind of stupid do think people are? Will never stop there again. Too many other places will be glad to let customerd use the restroom. Great customer service.
