My husband and I got married here in October and four months later I had to call to find out about my deposit. Tammy informed me that I had to email her a testimonial which I sent the same day and informed her that I would not pay for the security because she was suppose to have hired an off duty officer and it turned out to be her husband in a t-shirt. I called again two weeks later because I had received nothing, no call, no email and no deposit. It finally arrived another two weeks later at which time I call again because she has kept the amount for the security. She now informs me that she will now refund that amount minus the items that are missing. Missing? Why am I just now being informed of this? Also, there was no organization and no day of wedding direction day of as promised. We have to ask multiple times to have the punch set out and we have to ask them to announce that it's over. I do not recommend using this facility for your future events.
