Had a couple things embroidered. Basic cotton t-shirts, washed about 5or 6 times and the thread is coming out. The monogramming is outsourced (which may explain her prices anout 3-5 dollars higher than other places) which I didn't know until my order was 4days late arriving back to the shop. I also had an Easter Basket liner done, it's pretty awful. Each letter had gaps where the font was suppose to touch. I ended up having it cut out and redone by a more professional shop. If you need something wrapped or a gift the store my suit your needs just DO NOT get anything monogrammed. I should've know when I was placing my order and another lady was returning an item that had sub par monogramming as well.
