I recently purchased a vacuum from this company, the delivery was quick and they provided lots of emails to keep you up to speed, there was very good service in that area, but trying to get simple questions answered was not so helpful. I was cut off an email stream when I asked questions about products having this name being sold on the internet. Also, technical help on sorting out some accessory questions was unacceptable. My educated guess at the problem with this company is service management, the service side of this company is not being paid attention to, so the workers are doing what they think is best, which always amounts to making costumers grovel and beg for the simplest help; this tendency is the fault of management, not the workers, and is common in this industry. Summed up, "Powr-Flite" has a serious product service management problems that are causing them to loose business and market share. I wouldn't buy stock, or expensive products from them unless they practically give them away.
