Yea, as everyone else has said....these apartments SUCK. I have had an unbearable odor in my apartment before I even moved in. The rep that gave me a tour of the apartment even admitted that the apartment smelled HORRIBLE. At first the rep tried to say it was a fridge & to just request a new one. I did. Supposedly they placed a new fridge in the apartment (not sure if I buy that) Guess what? Not the fridge. & surprise surprise after this...that rep mysteriously doesn't work there anymore. Wonder why. So I submit another maintenance request...this time for them to just find the smell. This time they tell me it's the garbage disposal. I clean the garbage disposal SPOTLESS. Guess what? Not that either. I submit 2 more requests complaining about the smell. This time they try to tell me maybe it's the carpet, or my furniture. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? My furniture did not smell where it came from! & this is how I know they're not looking for the smell. The smell is clearly strongest in the kitchen, all you have to do is sniff. & yet....they're looking all around my apartment, looking behind furniture, in the bedroom, & everywhere else for a smell that I TOLD them is coming from the kitchen. So FINALLY I ask if I can just be moved into another apartment. Their answer.... sure but I have to pay another security deposit. OHHHHHH MY FREAKING GOSH!!!!!! They're crazy if they think I'm putting anymore money in their hands. Not to mention the pest problem..... When I moved into the apartment I saw not a single bug. About a month & a half after living there the apartment complex decides to have the pest guy come & place "bait" inside all of their apartments to lure the roaches to them so they can take the poison back to their nests. Hahaha what a brilliant idea...NOT!!!!! Now I see at least 2 roaches every 24hrs in my spotless apartments. It's all complete bull. & never had I ever felt the need to write a negative review about ANY apartment complex I stayed in. DO NOT STAY HERE. You will regret it.
