Well let me start off by saying this place is a complete JOKE!!! went to get finger printed a a young Hispanic girl who was finger printing me was on her personal cell phone the whole time she did my prints and may I not forget she was cussing too! HOW CAN THIS BE HAPPENING????!!!!

This place sucks! I went there to get fingerprinted for my new concealed handgun license and the woman at the front was RUDE! I don't know how they stay in business but I won't be back EVER again!

Today, I went to have my fingerprints taken. The service is horrible, bad customer service. I needed to use their restroom and they said; they didn;t have one. When I was inside, I noticed there was one and I asked why I couldn't use it.. and the mad lady sent me to whataburger. She is very rude, unpolite... and she doesn't know how or when to say PLEASE.
