PLEASE LISTEN TO ME.. DO NOT COME HERE. I should've listened to the reviews and went with my gut. This was my worst nightmare. I have never gone through anything like this. I had no credit being young so i felt like this was the only option..but i thought they really wanted to help so i tried to do business with them. MARK, my salesperson who seemed nice & genuine turned out to be the worst person in existence. He lied to me about everything & was SUPER disrespectful. He yelled at me, cursed at me & threatened my friends. The car i bought had everything wrong with it & all the cars are ridiculously overpriced.. triple what they're worth.. I understand this is a last resort place but you are really better off going anywhere else. like Jessica said. once you sign its hell with them. they try to seem like they help but they don't care at all. i took the car back after ONE day of having it because it had problems and then they had it for 3 weeks. They kept stalling, giving me the run around probably so couldn't do anything about it. I tried to check the status and every time i called, mark got mad for asking about my car. he also lied to me about the insurance he made me purchase. when i called a manager about that she didn't even know the difference between collision and comprehensive. How can you work for a car lot & be manager & not know something so simple. EVERYONE that works for them literally doesn't know anything. any time i called i always got an "i dont know". They had me calling back and forth between people because they're all useless. I ended up returning the car after getting it back(so i had for a weeks use) and losing over $3000. this place makes me so sick. I can't believe how much they screw people over and get away with it. they really need to be shut down. Moral of the story DONT DO ANYTHING INVOLVING THIS COMPANY. & listen to the reviews.

I bought a car from these guys about 2 years ago and they are the best, my sales guy was the best most awsome person he was not pushy at all he let me think about it before i put myself in debt that i coulnt handle
