SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

the car back after another deposit for the repairs ($700) and still owing another 800. They had supposedly rebuilt the engine, new oil pump, and misc other parts.

Two weeks later, oil pump mysteriously quits. Another tow to their little shop of idiot mechanics. They fixed the pump for free.

Get the car back for maybe a month. I tell them that the oil pressure is abnormally high. They "fix" it and tell me that I had over heated the engine and caused the head gasket to bust and would require another LT1 engine. It never ran hot, never had steam come out of the hood, didn't drive sluggish nothing. I argue that it's thier fault they didn't put seals on good when they had orginally rebuilt it.

I'm told they'll give me a deal on the work...no money up front. The bill comes out to be like 2800 in addition to the 800.

This time I'd have enough but still took the car back to see what would be next. In fact before I can drive it home the car needed to be jumped off....so much for 2800 in repairs??? I noticed upon getting it back the "new" battery they gave me was old and didn't have water in it. Car was dead the next morning...they came picked it up again and fixed the starter for another 300. Go out and try to start it on their lot....still dead.......left them the keys and the car they had screwed up.....

Bottom line...i really did like the car and swallowed more than I shouldve but I've learned that mistake.

If you want a dealership with idiot snakes running the place go ahead. Have patience when paying your payment..the office girls are eating every other hour. Look out for the oaf owner named ROBERT he's a real cheat in every sense, do not take their "extended warranty". They have a "mechanic" named ANDY who I think Big Bird could turn wrenches better than. IF you find a car you like, during their make ready things will wind up broken...be sure to check this before you leave the lot. Be ready to pay about 4-5 years worth of 100 a week for a car that's falling apart.

Save your money and get enough down for a reputable credit reporting auto dealership. .
