Walked in to set an appointment and approached the desk, there was a young Hispanic woman at the desk and a much older Hispanic woman seated overlooking the first one. I stood there for a moment and they stared at me, until the young woman said "yes?" I responded I need an appointment to which she said we have nothing this week. I look at her and turned around and walked off. NO customer service whatsoever, no hi how can I help, let me see when our next opening...absolutely NOTHING, not even a thanks.

I have never had such poor service in 30 years of getting glasses. It was nonexsisting. They do nothing for service for you purchasing glass from them. Show no respect

I recently brought glasses from this location, and the first young lady was very nice. When I dropped my glasses and chipped them, mind you I had them for less than two months and they are still under warranty, the young lady told me they had no record of me and was rude about it, when she finally found me in the system, she did not even think about apologizing. The kicker is they will not replace the lens because they dropped to the ground as opposed to being drug across the ground the edges need to be chipped or they need to be scratched for the warranty to apply. I will never go to this or any other Pearle Vision again. There are way to many other places to go. Carmen
