I came to Pathways straight out of North Texas State Hospital in Witchata Falls, TX. It taught me how to get up in time for breakfast, how to structre time for chores around a daily activity. The owner of Pathways [Ms. Lynda] has worked in the mental health frield for a number of years. (for the moment I can not recall exactly how many)



A there are a few CARDNAL Rules there...



TAKE your Doctor Perscribed MEDICATION and don't mess around with drugs

(Medication = doctor perscribed; drugs = street drugs and the like.)



Shower each and every day.



Wear clean and proper cloths



M-F; activities for meaningful daily activity to the best of your ability.



There was not always understanding btw staff and myself however, staff treated me like I needed to be treated for my learning experience to become
