DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

If i could rate lower than 1 star I would. These people are the most unprofessional photographers I have ever come across in my lifetime. Their pictures absolutely suck!! They did football/cheer pics for our league, and I'm not the only parent that was dissatisfied. The pics came out blurry and the helmet on my son's football pics was cut off at the bottom, they did not crop correctly, there was a lot of blank space in the pics. I was so pissed when I saw these. They have a 100% money back guarantee on their website....good luck with that! After weeks of leaving countless messages I finally got a hold of Cat (the owner & photographer) and she told me to mail them to their PO Box and she would send a check in the mail....6 weeks later still no check!! They never checked their PO Box I had to drive to Fort Worth to this post office and personally deliver the package to them myself. When I got there what a coincidence Cat was not there but now I know she has my package it has been at least 4 weeks since I took it and still NO CHECK. I will never order pics from these people nor will I ever recommend to anyone.... if you're reading this and you still buy pics from them don't say you weren't warned...trust me you will not like them!!! Go to Portrait Innovations instead they are AWESOME and very reasonably priced.

Poor Service and communication

Well, first of all we had a team photo day and the session was cancelled and no one on our team received notice of the cancellation. The whole team was there and no photographers. Second of all once the make-up day was set we had the photos taken no problem. When no one from the team received their pictures, we were told approx. two weeks later that the pictures had been lost. How do you loose digital images? Can you say deleted? And last but not least it took 1-2 months to receive a refund and a poor team photo. If you are in the market for a large organizational photo shoot, I would recommend looking elsewhere. They could have made things better, by just saying they lost or destroyed the images and offered a re-make photo session with a discounted rate in a timely manner.
