Papa John's on Rufe Snow in Wa...

Papa John's on Rufe Snow in Watauga Texas has the WORST customer service. They told me cancel an online order and resubmit it and my points would still be available to use. When I called to tell them my points were already deducted, they said they couldn't do anything about it, so I asked them if they could just go ahead and process the order. They said they would. After waiting for an hour, I called back and they said well you canceled the order. And were so rude when I tried to explain that someone at the store told me to cancel the order and another person said they would process the order. I'm done with Papa Johns!!!!
