This review is for the Panchos on Granbury Rd at their new location. I've eaten at Panchos in several states (for over 35 years) and have always enjoyed their food and service. Today, however, was a bit of a let down. The food was as good as always, but the service let a lot to be desired. There was only 1 server and should have been more than sufficient for the 3 tables she had. After being seated, she checked with us after about 10 mins to make sure all was ok. After that, it declined. I raised my flag about 10 mins later....she walked past my table to ck on the others, who incidently didn't have their flag up before returning to me. A few mins later, a customer wanted a bowl for his ice cream. She simply said, "We're out." She didn't even offer to get a small available at the buffet counter; he had to use a plate.

15-20 mins later, 2 of us, at different tables, had our flags up...but she was in the corner by the back door talking on her cell phone. It was another 5 minutes before she got off the phone. We ended up serving ourselves. I've never experienced such poor service at any Panchos and I believe she was a manager based on her attire. What can I say other than I will not go back to Granbury Rd Panchos.
