They sent us wrong products via COD and UPS is still trying to charge us for it even though Pam told us that we were not responsible for the bill!!!!!!!!!!! You call them and they don't answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent work on my products. The shirts and hats and hoodies were of nice quality. Turnaround was quick. Will do business with again. Very happy.

i will not do buisness with this company,i gave them two chances and they just ignored my needs and sent me what ever they had in stock that best matched what i asked for.i bit the bullet the first time but the second time i went to there shop in person and gave there product back and went by my bank and stopped my check.good luck to the next company.

Disappointed

I have ordered from this business twice. In 2008 I ordered T-shirts with my business logo and name. The shirts and print work were good quality and my order was correct. In late November 2009 I ordered coats, and I am very disappointed. The order was completely mixed up - they sent the wrong sizes, wrong styles, wrong color, and wrong names. I immediately called and offered to send the merchandise back for replacement. SW Distributing said the coats were useless to return since they have my business name printed on them. I was told they would have to find my order and compare the order to the shipment. They did not call me back and I have had to call them numerous times to try to get their response. Finally they advised they did get my order wrong and were to call me back with their solution. It is now several weeks later and they have not responded. After several more calls from me during which I was put on hold for long periods, hung up on, and ignored, I have resorted to turning them into my credit card company to get my money back. As a small business owner, I wanted to do something good for my company, but I did not get what I ordered. If you don't have time to waste, I suggest you don't waste your time with this company.
