A very unsatisfied Customer

I will never return to OD on West 7th Street in Fort Worth Texas. This store lacks in quality customer service. I purchased a LINKSYS wireless router on 5/5/10 and for whatever reason the IT rep was not able to install the equipment. I decided to return the equipment for either a refund or a gift certificate. Upon my return to the store I was informed that I could not get a refund nor a gift card for the amount spent; I could only do an exchange. When I asked them what they recommend I exchange my item with they did not know any more than I did. I believed I was dealing with professionals and not just sales personnel, I was not. They wanted me to select another item even though I did not know what system would work with my laptop. My husband and I spend about 7K a year on supplies. I promise we will take our money and business to Staples, Wal-Mart, any where else but Office Depot!!
