The staff in the front we're really nice but when I went to the back to get the physical the man who did my physical was very rude and he treated me like I was a low class citizen he told me that my tattoos look fresh because I couldn't remember the exact date that I got the tattoo he deferred me for a year and told me to get out of his office I will never go back to this place I felt really belittled and uncomfortable when I asked for his name he told me to just shut up and he will not give me his name when I went back to the front and ask to speak to the manager they were really helpful and got the manager for me the manager actually apologize and was trying to fix everything but I told her I just wanted her to be aware of what her employee did and that I will never come back here I would not recommend anyone to come here

By far the worst location I've ever donated at. The entire staff is completely unprofessional and extremely rude. The employees on the donor floor are too busy playing around and more concerned with what is on the TV and who is going to break or what fun they had last night. The entire process from the time you walk in the door is horrible and not very organized at all. It seems like no one knows what they are supposed to be doing. The phlebotomists can't stick worth a crap and don't seem to care. I have very good veins and they can't seem to even care. Don't go here unless you want a 4 hour wait time to even get to a donor bed and then another hour for the process to begin. This place is absolutely ridiculous!

Terrible place to donate. The staff is under qualified, unprofessional, and slow. There are much better places to donate plasma.
