It's unfortunate that it has to come down to this. When a simple phone call with concerns over products being underfilled turns into an argument of customer vs owner. What would give a business owner the idea that they can be condescending when hearing out a customer's concerns, as if the customer is beneath him. What a shame that the largest seller of fideo, to the Mexican community does not understand or care to know their customer's customs and culture and the things that can be perceived as rude and offensive. Underfilling products / false advertisement may not seem like a huge concern for your company for whatever reason (let's just ignore the lawsuits that Subway, Heinz, and Starbucks faced for shorting their customers). It should be a concern for any company, even if the product they are selling costs 0.01.
