I actually look forward to,going to the dentist! My whole family loves this entire staff. My boys are 4 and 7 and they are fans as well!!! They're doing it right. Special shout out to Devi. Hygienist of the year at least 3 year s now.... Northwest Family Dental deserves more than 5 stars in my book.

They are amazing they are all very caring about each and every person that comes in and they work with you if you need the help...I decided to leave my other dentist because they were so great with my kids and they are 4 and 7. The whole staff is wonderful!!!!

This dentist was awesome with my kids and we absolutely loved the train..

All this place cares about is money, money, and did I forget to mention money? My mom scheduled an appointment there for a simple tooth extraction, but Dr. Chelle Trunk Jacobs wouldn't do it. She didn't even introduce herself to my mom when she first walked in, and immediately exclaimed how filthy and disgusting her mouth was (that isn't the case at all, we went to another dentist and he said that her teeth were fine and had NO cavities. She didn't even get a good look at her mouth). Not to mention, for a tooth extraction, bone graft, and teeth cleaning, we would have spent a little over $2,000 at that place. No thank you. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere and got the job done for a very reasonable price. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!

Great Dentist, always good service and gentle touch.

Great dentist and great staff with the exception of the office manager Jennifer. She is over bearing and rude at times. She has gotten my appointment time wrong on two differant occasions. Do you think she took responsility for the errors? No. She needs to be more professional toward patients.
