When I brought my seats in I was told I could pick them up in a week. It's been over a month and I still don't have them back. I've been given at least six dates to pick them up. I've wasted a lot of gas driving there to pick them up only to hear excuses and pleas for pity because of family sickness. At this point I'll be bringing the sheriff with me to retrieve my seats UNDONE. THIS IS PLAIN RETARDED!!! THUS PLACE NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS

Last review was spot on! Jessies old lady quoted me $125 to $150 to add custom stitching (purple flames) on my wifes motorcycle seat. Work was to be done Thursday but in order to get the best results we gave until Saturday. When I arrived to pay/pickup my seat I was told that the work had not been started due to family illness...odd seeing as how there were 20 cars out front with hords of people celebrating cinco de mayo. Time for a party but can t bother to call a customer?



Thanks jessie, you ve ruinned my anniversary present to my wife. I will let everyone know about how SHADY you are. Thankfully I found a company that can do it but due to it being an expedited job it will cost me $350. I hope your business fails and that Wilsons Leather STOPS sending people to you!
