Might want to steer clear of this cleaner and all the stores owned by them. They apparently have several in the area. There are frequent rate changes, clothes that come back with spots they didn't go in with, and very poor customer care. The owner cannot be reached but the woman, who I think is the owners' wife, is extremely unpleasant to deal with. She makes the comment that she has to change her prices to stay up with all the other cleaners in the area. This may be true, but to bounce them up and down on a daily basis is ridiculous, and not to mention it to customers is unexcuseable. I'll pay a little extra and take my business where they actually care about me and my clothing.

The first problem was that they wrote my last nameon the inside button-down part of my shirt in something like a marker because it does not come off. And the last time I went it, the price had changed simply by adding a few extra stick-on letters to his window. No sign on the counter or on the door warning me of a price increase before I dropped off my clothes. And when I complained, he said there is a dry cleaner on every corner and he has to keep up. This is very true. And since there is, it takes good customer service and quality to keep my business. So I guess i'll go try another corner and eventually when enough customers read this review and he has no customers, he might have thought of taking better care of the ones he had.
