This place will not dissapoint if you're looking to see high end appliances in a beautiful showroom. Unfortunately do not expect any customer service, regardless of what you might purchase. After buying a complete ensemble of appliances including Sub-Zero, Wolfe, Bosch & Scottsman, I had a fairly simple issue w/ my Scottsman ice machine. I spoke w/ Lacey several times (could never get her to call me back-it was I who had to continually follow up with her, & then was told the matter was turned over to Greg. Greg never called me though, & after leaving him a VM - still never contacted me. I expected more from this place, a place w/ such resources. Their products are beautiful but that's where it ends. Customer service is non-existent.
