The other reviews that speak poorly of Mitchell and his staff, must be competitors or people/companies he won judgements against. I can speak personally about his staff and Stephen himself, in that he and his staff handled a car accident where we were rear ended and sitting still. They did a nice job, clean and simple for folks like myself who are lost in the legal system. I appreciate Stephen Mitchell and his staff immensely and would recommend them any day!

Don't waste your time with this lawyer. You can never reach him, staff is rude and they are the worst law office ever dealt with in my life. They will take the case and a year and half later they tell you they can't help you because there isn't enough in it for them. You can never reach them, always talking to an answering machine.

This attorney is the worst attorney I have ever worked with EVER. Both Stephen and his staff are SO RUDE, if you call to ask a question all you get is attitude from the staff and if your lucky enough to get a hold of Stephen just get ready to hear more of the same attitdude. After my case was settled which took for ever and was not a good settlement, my medical bills have Still not been paid. Mr. Mitchell has been paid and I am not really sure if I got paid what I should of since I was not given a copy of my settlement which I thought i should get by law.

Hi! I wanted to take a second to say if you are thinking of using this attorney DON'T!! Their process server taped papers to my front door, BUT they are not for us! Someone who shares my husbands name is being sued, BUT NOT MY HUSBAND! Their receptionist Ann is rude & unhelpful- she even hung up on me when I called back 2 & 1/2 hours after I was assured I would get a call within the hour! They aren't returning our phone calls even though their incompetence has now led to FALSE information being filed in Tarrant County under our address & my husbands name! Beware of doing buisness with them for any reason! Even though my husband IS NOT the individual being sued, their lack of professionality has left us with FILED COURT PAPERS WITH OUR ADDRESS saying he was involved in street racing, drinking & driving & fleeing the scene of an accident.

I retained Mr. Mitchell for a criminal case that was pending against me. I was never in trouble before, and was very scared, but Mr. Mitchell calmed my fears and took care of the case in a very short period of time and it was resolved in my favor. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends or family members.
