STAFF IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND FRIENDLY

BE very careful of their claimed on-year warranty. The conditions, which they do not tell you, are a) They had to plant them first; b) it's your role to call them and make an appointment for them to come out and check the plant; and c) you have to keep calling them to remind them about the appointment. There are some good news - They neeeever respond to calls after you leaves several messages. They always changes their policy on the fly and give you the piece meal so you have to follow their rules. There is no good faith customer service. Talking to their employee is like a moving target and the only thing they can do is to leave a message to the Manager for you.



Run the other way...They have closed down one store in Dallas. Now you wonder how long these thieves will stay in business. The bottom line is that they will worn you out so that they don't have to honor their warranty. Sending them letters do not work they refuse the mails too.
