This man charged my daughter approximately $3,500 FOR PROTECTING HER FROM AN EVICTION FROM HER APARTMENT COMPLEX IN GRAND PRAIRIE.
When my daughter called the clerk at the courthouse, they said they had NO record of ANYTHING filed under her. THIS INDIVIDUAL NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS SNEAKY ACTIONS TOWARDS OTHERS. It's very much obvious, he's only after ONE thing-- money. Not only that, but he also NEVER shows himself! What kind of business are you running Mr. Willis?!!! MY DAUGHTER NEEDS her $$$ back ASAP

I hired Metroplex Eviction Services to do a writ of possession, and paid the total fees $910(court filing $285, labor crew $525.00, locksmith $100) on 12/9/2017. After court filing on 12/18/2017, my tenant moved out. Therefore the process stopped. On 12/20/2017 per my request, James Willis the owner of Metroplex Eviction Services said that he would send me the refund check for the labor crew and locksmith I paid but was not used. Since then I contacted him several times. He told me that he was busy or on vacation or the check is on the way... ...So far after more than 4 months, I have not received my refund. After 2/2/2018 he no longer answers my phone calls or replies to my text messages.
