I've wanted to try the Chop House for sometime. I finally ate there and did not enjoy my experience. The service was ver slow. Took about 5 minutes to get the menus and then another 10 before they took my order. I ordered the 12oz Filet Mignon rare. It was not very good. I love steak and I always get it rare. This was one step ubove an Applebee's steak. $50 for that? They should have paid me to eat that overly chewy cut of awful meat. Try H3 Ranch. Steak is same price but far better.

The inside is gorgeous and wait staff is curteousy. Meal was tasty but nothing extraordinary (but I did not try the steak for what that's worth).

the only good thing about this restr was the service and the valet. everything from the wilted salad to the rock hard bread was awful. the sides were really bad (chef needs to lay off of the nutmeg in the spinach).the bartender even screwed up a simple martini? we spent a lot of money and wanted to show some friends a nice time and could not have been more disappointed!! we know where we will NOT be going back to. food is not rocket science, my 12 yr old can cook. upon leaving we noticed that there was no one waiting in line to be seated, we know why!!!
