Been here since 2012 and can't wait to leave. Lot rent plus trash and sewer has increased by over $100 since then. If you do not get your rent invoice stamped as paid, they will add additional charges up to $40 but have no explanation for them. They will just say it was something they forgot to add on. The office will also confiscate whatever they want from your yard and not return it if they don't want it in your yard such as swimming pools for children or BBq grills. Office personnel will also gossip about residents in the office. Cops are constantly being called for disturbances, theft or burglary. Swimming pool is always dirty. The Ppl that mow the lawn will tear up your yard with their riding lawn mowers and leave their trash from lunch in your yard. Office does not care. Do not buy into these homes, you will regret it.
