I'm delighted to write a review to thank you and your staff Mr. Eduardo "LALO" Ramirez, especially Mr. Quifli (Jimmy) Metouski, for letting me know that once I take my vehicle in for service and what to expect. I must say that Mr. Eliel Herrera was very kind and explained the process, and once I picked up my vehicle, they had done everything that I requested and explained if I had any problems, please don't hesitate to reach out to them. I need to thank Mr. Ramirez for walking me through the buying process and being so kind. I"m a generation buyer of MCMC vehicles over the years, and it reminded me of how well my family and I had been treated kindly over the years. It's incredible to know MCMC hasn't forgotten customer service and its importance; it is lovely to know that customer service is still one of MCMC's number one concerns.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Everyone at this dealership has always provided me with a high level of respect an honesty. I've been to other dealers and they were rude and did not want to listen to me and if the vehicle I wanted was not available or I didn't qualify for it, they attempted to sell me a vehicle I was not interested in or get me into a financing plan I didn't want / need. MCMC has taken care of me. They gave me everything I wanted within my price range and have even called me since my purchase to make sure everything was okay and to answer any questions or concerns I've had. Their customer service is also amazing. They always make an extra effort to take care of you. If you plan on buying a car, talk to Mark. That is who I talked to and he is a no pressure kind of guy with a high level of integrity.
