Masters is the worst place to go they delivered a washer and when the guy got here he did not have a dolly to even unload the washer asked my friend if he would help them and when he got it in the house he failed to hook the washing machine up properly and he has ruined my floors in my house by the washing machine not being installed correctly it flooded the whole house Juan Hernandez is the manager there and he kept giving us the runaround asking us for estimate tell him to call back on such and such a day and basically called us liars they had the worst customer service you would ever expect and they blame me for using the washing machine when he told me that it was installed and ready to go they have bad customer service they lied to us and I would never recommend anyone to go to masters ever again it is the worst place ever

Masters is a poor place to do business they have terrible customer service and have messed up my floors and you're not taking any responsibility for it Juan Hernandez is the manager there is a shady snake
