Provided by YPmobileThey shrunk two pair of pants. They were kindly able to fix the first pair but when it happened again, they told me they didn't want to touch them. Because I didn't bring this issue to their attention within 2 days, they refused to refund or fix the problem. I'm not sure how garments can shrink when they are dry cleaned but if you choose to use them, check your clothing as soon as you get home.
