I would avoid this practice. I went in knowing that I probably had periodontal disease but was not prepared for the extreme treatment that was recommended nor its costs. What really raised the "red flag" was when the financial person made an offer to reduce the costs by 20% only if I agreed to it right then. I would not get that reduction if I waited 24 hours. Also, the paperwork did not show the specific deductions that my insurance provides. I was told those deductions had "already been applied" to the costs I was being shown. At no time did Dr. Brown or any of his associates inform me of any other viable options nor did anyone give me a thorough explanation of the extreme procedure (removing 80% of my teeth to be replaced with dentures) So I went to another dentist for a second opinion. Thank goodness, or I wouldn't have any of my natural teeth today! And the costs were 50% less that the "reduced" rate. I completely understand that different dentists will recommend different treatments and some procedures are more aggressive than others, however I do expect ethical professionals to inform clients of all viable options. And the financial documents presented just did not give the appearance of full accounting.

I went in this morning with a terrible tooth ache. My old dentist wanted to extract my tooth and do an implant for 5k! I went for a second opinion at the recommendation of my friend and Dr Brown did a root canal in no time and I am doing great for the first time in months and not to mention the fact he saved me $$$$$$. Staff was awesome and Dr Brown gave me his cell number and the office managers number just in case I had a problem!!! Thank you so much and im changing forever!!!

Went in for a new patient exam and they were very nice and took their time to help me and explain what I needed which was a lot less than the previous dentist quoted me. Fantastic experience! Sylvia the office manager was great as well!

Dr Brown is the best. He helped me when I had been to 3 other dentist of which all told me something different. He fixed my tooth over a year ago and no problems at all. I went years with this tooth hurting and nobody could fix it correctly. Best thing out of it all was he did it for free and told me too come back if it didn't work and we would figure something out! Love this guy!!

Thank you Dr. Brown for the great dental experience and quality work you have done on my teeth. I am usually apprehensive about dental work (needles & drilling) and you made me feel at ease.
